TERMS OF
DOMAIN SUBSCRIPTION

We will provide our services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you use our services with domain subscriptions, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

The terms of service and the privacy policy are a part of the terms of domain subscription. Acceptance of the terms of domain subscription comprises the acceptance of the fundamental terms and the policy.

Domain subscription allows a group of users with the same email domain to use the service. For example, if a user with "admin@example.com" gets a domain subscription, every other user with an email address of "@example.com" can use the service without a further subscription. However, the following limitations exist:

• The domain must be other than that of general mail services, such as "gmail.com", "icloud.com", "hotmail.com", and so on.

• Domain comparison is based on exact matching. Thus, a domain subscription for "@m1.example.com" does not cover the service use by accounts with "@m2.example.com".

• Domain subscription could be disabled when a payment error occurs. Such disabling will be restored after the payment is fulfilled, but the restoration might take several hours. Our system verifies the status of domain subscriptions every 4 hours.

Domain subscription is available only to personal subscription users. A personal subscription user can upgrade his/her subscription to a domain subscription. When you upgrade your subscription, your payment will be formulated as follows:

• During the month when you upgraded, no additional payment occurs. But the prorated service fee of the domain subscription is calculated for the rest of the month.

• The payment for a domain subscription starts on the next day of the end of the current monthly personal subscription. This first payment includes the prorated service fee of the previous month.

For example, suppose you have a personal subscription starting from May 10th and ending on June 9th, and you upgrade your subscription on May 15th. Then, your subscription changes on May 15th, but no additional payment occurs till June 10th. On June 10th, the new payment for the domain subscription starts. And the new payment includes the prorated fee for the period from May 15th to June 9th.

There is no direct way to downgrade from a domain subscription to a personal subscription. If you want to downgrade, just cancel the current domain subscription and re-subscribe to a personal plan later.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 10 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
