We use Stripe for payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy). Stripe and its partners manage the most sensitive information, such as your credit card numbers. The scope of information that we can access is limited to the range necessary to process your payment. For example, we cannot see your credit card numbers except the last 4 digits.

Depending on how you use this website and the service, you may be required to provide below, which may include

• Google Account (Email address) through Stripe (Only if you subscribe),

• Payment information, including your billing history, through Stripe (Only if you subscribe),

• Script runtime errors with error code line numbers (For all users of the service collected via Stackdriver Logging for 30 days),

• Email or message submitted through our feedback form managed by Freshworks (Freshworks Privacy Policy), and

• Any information collected by Google Analytics whenever you visit our website or the service information on Google Workplace Marketplace.

We are collecting your data for several reasons:

• To process your subscription to our service.

• To better understand your needs.

• To improve our services and products.

• To send you promotional or noticing emails containing the information we think you will find interesting.

• To contact you to fill out surveys and participate in other types of market research.

The service accesses some of your data as part of its functionalities provided to you, which includes

• The Google Slides presentation you are editing with the service, and

• The resource files such as sounds and BGM on your Google Drive used to compose the video by the service.

While the service is authorized to access a broader range of your data, it will use the necessary part of them and never transfers the retrieved data anywhere other than your Google Drive or your web browser.

We keep the use of any data accessible by the service as limited as possible. As a result, there are several activities that we do NOT do, including

• To access the data stored on the Google Drive other than the resource files coupled with the Google Slides presentation,

• To share, transfer, and disclose the data to whom other than Freshworks Inc., Stripe Inc. and Google Inc., and

• To sell the data to any party.

As a premise, we recognize that, in the context of the service, we have two types of sensitive information. The first type of information is the payment information, including credit card description and payment history. The second type of information is the access log generated through the service use.

We apply the following three principles to handle your sensitive information above.

• Keep the information stored only in the reliable service provider space, namely Stripe Inc. and Google Inc.

• Allowing access to the information only to the people authorized within our company.

• Confine the authorized access within the scope least required for our service.

The security of your personal information, including the collected data above, is important to us. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we expressly disclaim any representation or warranty, whether express or implied, with respect to offering any definitive promise of security in connection with the information we collect.
